How many times am I allowed to wash my car each month?
You can wash your car an unlimited number of times each month with your FastPass.
Is the FastPass valid for multiple vehicles?
No. There is a non-transferable RFID sticker affixed on the windshield, out of view, which is scanned at the pay lanes each visit. Sticker is associated to your registered vehicle. However, we do offer Family Plans for multiple vehicles. Each vehicle after the first is $5 off the monthly price.
How can I cancel my FastPass subscription?
There is a 90 Day minimum REQUIRED on all wash plans.
Once the initial 90 day contract has expired, cancel by contacting us in person, via email, or by phone. Please provide at least 7 days’ notice to ensure the payment process is halted in time.
What should I do if I need to update my credit card details?
Visit us in person or call the Nitro Wash and we can update your card.
What if I need to pause my subscription temporarily?
You can pause your plan anytime by contacting us through phone, email, or by visiting us in person.
When does billing occur for the FastPass?
Billing is based on your signup anniversary date.
What if I have multiple cars?
Our Family Plans are perfect for multiple vehicles, offering a $5 discount on each additional vehicle after the first.
What if I'm not satisfied with my car wash?
If you’re dissatisfied, let us know! We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
What should I do if I need a replacement sticker?
Just visit Nitro Wash, and one of our wash technicians will provide you with a new sticker.
What if I sell my car and purchase another?
Notify us about the change, and we’ll update your account and issue a new sticker for your new vehicle.
