Lucas Contact Cleaner is an aerosol product expertly formulated to address the cleaning needs of areas such as small electrical equipment, sensitive areas of controls, ignition systems, motors, relays, and thermostats. Its unique composition of solvents, cleaning agents, and propellants is specifically designed to remove oil, dirt, and moisture. Recognizing the importance of environmental considerations, the cleaner is non-chlorinated, CFC free, and complies with VOC regulations. With a quick-drying formula, it ensures that no residue is left behind after application.

Lucas Contact Cleaner is safe to use with a wide range of materials. It is compatible with metals and elastomers, making it particularly effective in motorcycle applications where electrical parts are often exposed to high levels of contaminants. Caution is advised when using the product around plastics, and a preliminary test on a small area is recommended to check compatibility.

It’s important to note that the Lucas Contact Cleaner is extremely flammable. Users are cautioned to store it away from fire, heated surfaces, sparks, or flames. Electrical equipment should be turned off before cleaning and allowed to dry completely before the power is turned back on, to avoid any electrical hazards. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT

1. 1. Do not apply while equipment is energized.
   2. Spray small amounts on area to be cleaned. Lint free cloths or swabs may also be used to clean areas with stubborn soils. Avoid pooling of product on surfaces.
   3. Let product dry thoroughly.
   4. Check for product that could pool in unseen areas and be sure there are no flammable vapors remaining before reconnecting to electricity by ventilating the area.

FIRST AID: If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.

• • IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting.
  • IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
  • IF INHALED: Increase fresh air circulation or leave area.
  • IF ON SKIN: Wash skin with soap and water.

Contains Acetone (CAS# 67-64-1), Heptane (CAS #64742-49-0), Toluene (CAS# 108-88-3), and Carbon Dioxide (CAS# 124-38-9).

Keep away from heat/ sparks/ open flames/ hot surfaces. No Smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or any other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F. Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Over-exposure to vapor may cause irritation of the eyes and may cause headaches, nausea, dizziness, and general numbness. Inhalation of mist may cause irritation of the throat and lungs. Use in a well ventilated area. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents may be harmful or fatal.
