The shipping policy outlines delivery options, processing times, steps for handling damaged shipments, and warranty information, with certain location restrictions applied. Below are our shipping policies for our online retail store:

  • Shipments in 48 contiguous states are made via UPS, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Advantage.
  • Shipping chart applies to orders in the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
  • Due to the nature of the products on our website, products must be shipped via ground services and cannot be shipped via air services.
  • Most items are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement and should arrive 2 to 6 business days later (depending on the service selected and the location being delivered). Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

At Lucas Oil Center we take great care in packaging and shipping your merchandise. Occasionally, a shipment will become damaged in transit. If your shipment arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

  1. Notify the shipping carrier of damage to the package.
  2. Open all packages immediately.
  3. Save all shipped materials. If shipment is rejected at delivery, and is returned to carrier, refund may be refused as carrier may dispose of product. Proof of damage is needed for refund or replacement to be issued.
  4. Take pictures of the damage and provide to Lucas Oil Center. Proof of damage may be requested by carrier.
  5. Notify Lucas Oil Center’s Customer Care Department within 10 business days for replacement of your damaged item (subject to other terms of this policy). Call us at 812-402-5000 or email us at orders@lucasoilcenter.com. Please be sure to include your order number in your correspondence.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Lucas Oil Center will, at its sole option, repair or replace defective goods or refund the purchase price. These rights are in addition to any warranty provided by a third party manufacturer. To exercise your rights under this warranty, contact our Customer Care Department for a Return Authorization. You are responsible for return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we do not ship to international customers.
