PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICY REGARDING RETURNS AND REFUNDS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL PURCHASERS OF LUCAS OIL CENTER PRODUCTS AND ALL USERS OF THE LUCAS OIL CENTER WEBSITE.
Lucas Oil Center offers a 30-day Return policy on items sold on our website or in our physical locations. Bottled products must be unopened and seal unbroken on product to be eligible for return. All returned items must be NEW RESALABLE condition and in their original packaging. If items appear to have been opened or used, they will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks to process your return. Before items are returned, customer must first obtain a Return Authorization from Lucas Oil Center by calling (812) 402-5000 or email orders@lucasoilcenter.com.
Returns CANNOT be accepted unless a Return Authorization has been issued. The customer has 15-days to return items once Return Authorization has been issued by our Customer Care Department. Merchandise purchased online and in-store is non-returnable after 30 days from the date of the invoice. For items sold at our physical locations, a receipt must be present at time of purchase. Any goods not returned in this period will result in the customer keeping the goods and being responsible for all charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless an error was made at shipping and incorrect items were sent to customer. EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is found to be defective by the manufacturer, or if an incorrect shipment is the result of a Lucas Oil Center’s error.
If an incorrect item was ordered, the customer will need to return the incorrect item and place a separate order. The customer will be refunded the purchase price of the merchandise after item has been inspected and cleared to return to inventory. This may take up to 2-3 weeks to process the return.
CORRECTIONS
Please open all boxes immediately. If there is a discrepancy with your order, you must report it to our office within 7 days of delivery. If you do not report discrepancies to our office in a timely manner, additional shipping charges may apply to upgrade the shipping on the replacement or correction of your order. In the event of missing items, duplicate shipments, or incorrect items, please contact the Lucas Oil Center Customer Care Department by calling (812) 402-5000 or email orders@lucasoilcenter.com.
REFUNDS
If it is determined a refund is required, a refund will be issued back to the form of payment that was used to place order on our website. NO CASH OR CHECKS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUNDS FROM SALES MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
From time to time, Lucas Oil Center will sell items on our website that are sold at a discounted price due to the condition of the product. No product will be sold if any it is damaged, seals have been broken, or is contaminated. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. ALL CLEARNCE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS.
FRAUDULENT ORDERS
If it is determined that an order made on our website is fraudulent or if we suspect that an order placed on our website is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel any order on our website. Customer will be notified, and order will be refunded back to the form of payment that was used. We also reserve the right to report any potentially fraudulent orders to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) (https://www.ic3.gov/). All information provided on the order will be provided to law enforcement.
