Very clean establishment, and very quick and courteous service. I noticed a woman actively checking and cleaning the waiting room and restroom, which was nice to see.
I understand the need to upsell products and services aligning with customer needs. However, I had purchased all new tires and had them balanced and aligned last week. I was told at Lucas Oil that my tires needed to be rotated, which was disappointing. Otherwise, everything was great.

Such fast, friendly service. In and out without an appointment within 30 minutes. Treated with polite respect by every employee I interacted with. All of my questions were answered. I have a rarish oil filter and they always have it on hand! Highly recommend!
