The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East September 2024 Employee of the Month, Rob Mann, Manager
Robb Mann is an exceptionally hardworking and loyal employee who consistently demonstrates his dedication to both his work and his team. Always prompt and reliable, Rob never fails to meet people where they are at. He is in tune with our customer’s and his employees. Rob sets a strong example of punctuality for his colleagues along with expectation on job performance. He is pretty hard on himself, but this only shows all of us how dedicated he is to his position and his character.
Robb holds others accountable, ensuring that everyone works to their fullest potential. Outside of work, Rob is a devoted family man who balances his professional responsibilities with his commitment to his loved ones, making him a well-rounded and admirable member of both his team and community. Rob has worked for Lucas Oil Center off and on for multiple years and this time he has earned his position as our Assistant Store Manager. Well done, Rob!
Nitro Wash August 2024 Employee of the Month, Isaiah Lampton, Shift Lead
Isaiah Lampton has consistently proven himself as a top performer at Lucas Oil Center Nitrowash, having earned Employee of the Month multiple times. His dedication to his role is evident through his ability to stay on task and his respectful interactions with both customers and peers. Known for his positive attitude, Isaiah is frequently described as “amazing to work with,” a testament to his strong teamwork and collaborative spirit.
Isaiah’s reliability, professionalism, and commitment have made him a key contributor, and his continued excellence has solidified his position as an invaluable asset to the team.
Lucas Oil Center West August 2024 Employee of the Month, Gavin Maxey, Lead Technician
Gavin Maxey has distinguished himself as both a skilled technician and a strong leader, earning him Employee of the Month recognition. Known for his willingness to help, Gavin is always there to support his colleagues, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. His sense of humor keeps morale high, making the shop a fun and engaging place to work. Recently, he has truly stepped up, showing exceptional leadership by guiding his team with confidence and providing valuable mentorship to those working under him.
Gavin’s customer service is equally impressive—he goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are well-informed about the services their vehicles need. Gavin’s blend of technical expertise, leadership, and great customer interaction makes him an indispensable part of the team.
