Employees of the Month | October 2024

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Jay Mofield is an extremely dependable and hard worker. Always on time and willing to pick up shifts, Jay gives 100% on the job 100% of the time. He is willing to help others learn, and is always trying to learn more himself so that he can better his own skills for the sake of himself and for our customers. Jay is very skilled at informing customers about any services that may need to be done on their vehicle.

Jay always works hard and keeps our customers informed. We are happy to have him as apart of our team!

Mason Dumanski is our newest wash tech. In his short time with us, he has excelled at everything he does and is eager to jump in and help out whenever he is needed. Mason delivers great customer service, and is not afraid to get his hands dirty and jumps into any project we have going on.

He is a great addition to our team!

Andrew Dunsworth is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out wherever he is needed. He’s an extremely hard worker and consistently runs bottom side well. Always on time and ready to go every day, Andrew makes sure the job gets done well.

We are very lucky to have him be apart of our team!
