May 2024 Employees Of The Month

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Lucas Oil Center East May 2024 Employee of the Month, AJ Rohner, Lube Technician

AJ Rohner shows his dedication to his work every day in our shop. Although he hasn’t been with us for long, AJ has proven himself to be an asset to our team. Always on-task and focused, he ensures that every service he performs is thorough and error-free. AJ is constantly eager to learn new things and always helps out around the shop, improving the efficiency and quality of our team.

His efforts make a big difference and help keep everything running smoothly. We appreciate all of his hard work!

Nitro Wash May 2024 Employee of the Month, Connor Dumanski, Wash Technician

Connor Dumanski is an integral part of our carwash team. Back at it again for his second Employee of The Month title this year, He is always ready to help, whether by covering shifts or getting his hands dirty, demonstrating his dependability and eagerness to contribute. Connor cares deeply about his work and his fellow employees, and he consistently goes above and beyond with a sense of urgency to complete tasks.

His willingness to learn and his team spirit make him a valuable addition to our team, and we are delighted to have him with us!

Lucas Oil Center West May 2024 Employee of the Month, Cyrus Fields, Lube Technician

Cyrus Fields is the kind of employee everyone wishes they could have on their team. Always upbeat and in a good mood, Cyrus improves his work environment just by being there. A true team player, he has no problem helping his fellow coworkers with whatever is needed to get the job done.

Cyrus is always looking for ways to personally improve while also adding value to our team as a whole. We are so grateful to have Cyrus as apart of our company.
