June 2024 Employees Of The Month

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Lucas Oil Center East June 2024 Employee of the Month, Will Bartley, Lube Technician

Will Barley aka Beast Mode Bart is a integral piece of our team. Will always follows all procedures properly and provides our customers with a quality service on their vehicle every single time. He effectively communicates with customers to keep them up to date on their vehicle’s servicing needs. Will is a true team player, always willing to help wherever needed.

The grind never stops for Will. Not only is he a hard worker in our shop, but also in the studio. You can listen to his track EOTM, which celebrates his previous nomination as February 2024 Employee Of The Month, on Spotify under the name Beast Mode Bart.

Nitro Wash June 2024 Employee of the Month, Alden Sarver, Shift Lead

Alden Sarver has been an extremely valuable team member at Lucas Oil Center. He is trained in many areas of the company from helping at our distribution warehouse to website development and currently as a Shift Lead. No matter the challenge, Alden is always stepping up and helping with 100% of his effort.

Alden will be leaving us in the fall and continuing his education at IU. We wish him the best of luck!

Lucas Oil Center West June 2024 Employee of the Month, Kodey Snyder, Assistant Manager

Kodey Snyder is an exemplary employee who has truly stepped up and taken charge during a challenging period. When our team faced unexpected obstacles, Kodey demonstrated exceptional leadership and initiative. His proactive approach, coupled with his ability to motivate and guide his colleagues, has significantly contributed to the success of our team.
