July 2024 Employees Of The Month

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Lucas Oil Center East July 2024 Employee of the Month, Gracie Garrett, Service Desk Representative

Gracie Garrettt is our full time service desk representative, as well as our lead training desk representative. She is always showing up to work ready to provide courteous customer service to every customer. Gracie always ensures that our lobby is stocked and clean and makes sure each customer is taken care of.

Nitro Wash July 2024 Employee of the Month, Quincy Carter, Wash Technician

Quincy Carter will be a senior at Boonville High School this year. Always active, he balances his work life with sports and constant projects on his cars. Despite his busy schedule, Quincy is consistently one of the first to step up and cover a shift or come in when extra help is needed. We are proud to have him as a part of our team.

Lucas Oil Center West July 2024 Employee of the Month, Jordan Brown, Lube Technician

Jordan Brown is always on time for work and willing to come in early or stay later to help the shop out. He takes his job serious and services every vehicle as if it were his own. Jordan is always trying to learn more and contribute more in the shop. We are glad to have him on our team.
