August 2024 Employees Of The Month

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Lucas Oil Center East August 2024 Employee of the Month, Ethan Smith, Lube Technician

Ethan Smith is a tech at our Eastside location. He ensures that every vehicle gets very meticulous care and provides each customer with exceptional customer service. Ethan’s positive attitude and reliable work ethic have contributed greatly to our team.

Nitro Wash August 2024 Employee of the Month, Kayleigh Fodge, Wash Technician

Kayleigh Fodge Multiple time Employee Of The Month- Kayleigh is always willing to do whatever she can to help. Always on time and ready to work, Kayleigh makes sure she communicates effectively with customers and her peers. We are so glad to have her on our team!!

Lucas Oil Center West August 2024 Employee of the Month, Jeremiah Thomas, Lube Technician

JT has only been at Lucas Oil Center West for a short amount of time, but he learns fast and isn’t afraid to ask questions. He embraces our company culture, always laughing and getting along with the team. He is always making sure every car that he works on gets his full attention. He is always willing to help out whenever wherever. He’s a great asset to the LOC team.
